A device for intracavitary vacuum drainage, comprising a drainage tube, a sponge sleeve at its distal end, the height and outer diameter of which is equal to the height and diameter of the cavity of the injury, and a vacuum aspiration system and a covering film, wherein the drainage tube at the distal end is in the form of a Blake drain, the length of which is commensurate with the longitudinal dimension of the cavity to be drained, with a button-shaped hollow elastic obturator, the outer diameter of which is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the defect of the damage cavity. Пристрій для внутрішньопорожнинного вакуумного дренування, який включає дренажну трубку, надіту на її дистальний кінець губчасту гільзу, висота та зовнішній діаметр якої дорівнює висоті та діаметру порожнини ушкодження, а також вакуумну систему аспірації і покривну плівку, причому дренажна трубка на дистальному кінці виконана у вигляді дренажу Блейка, довжина якого сумірна з поздовжнім розміром порожнини, що дренується, з гудзикоподібним порожнистим пружним обтуратором, зовнішній діаметр якого дещо більше зовнішнього діаметра дефекту порожнини ушкодження.
