Summary:Electrode electric heater has cylindrical body inside which there are placed electrodes, it is equipped by the upper and the lower covers, those have the outlet and the inlet branch pipes, respectively, it is distinguished by the fact that it has additional cylinder installed in cylindrical body without being surrounded by electrodes and with formation of gap between its end and the lower cover, and it is rigidly connected by the other end to the upper cover, coaxially to the outlet branch pipe; at that each of branch pipes is equipped by back valve, and in the additional cylinder and the back valve placed in the outlet branch pipe draining openings are provided.
