Device for an electronic aerosol provision system, wherein the device comprises a housing, said housing comprising a chassis section (210) and a hatch section (220), wherein the hatch section is connected to the chassis section and moveable between a first position and a second position, wherein when in the first position a biasing cam (670) is biased against the hatch section, the hatch section being prevented from moving to the second position by a releasable lug (652). Надано пристрій для електронної системи надання аерозолю, при цьому пристрій містить корпус, указаний корпус містить секцію каркаса та секцію кришки, при цьому секція кришки приєднана до секції каркаса та здатна переміщатися між першим положенням і другим положенням, причому у першому положенні відхилювальний кулачок зміщений в сторону секції кришки, при цьому переміщення секції кришки у друге положення запобігається за допомогою роз'ємного зачепа.
