Способ повышения содержания амилозы в крохмале зерна кукурузы, который включает использование биохимического эффекта эндосперменных мутантов и создания на их основе инбредных линий и гибридов. При этом в качестве источников повышенного содержания амилозы в крахмале используются носители комбинации мутантных генов структуры эндосперма aesu2. Спосіб підвищення вмісту амілози в крохмалі зерна кукурудзи, який включає використання біохімічного ефекту ендоспермових мутантів і створення на їх основі інбредних ліній та гібридів. При цьому як джерела підвищеного вмісту амілози в крохмалі використовуються носії комбінації мутантних генів структури ендосперму aesu2.
