A system for establishing securities data management process comprises a securities database, a data processing module and a data quality monitoring module. The securities database includes a plurality of customer securities transaction data. The data processing module is configured to analyze basic information and at least one securities transaction information of the customer securities transaction data respectively to determine a plurality of customer-related labels for each of the customer securities transaction data, store the customer securities transaction data and the corresponding customer-related labels in a primary database, and aggregate the customer-related labels to store in a label database. The data quality monitoring module is configured to perform data quality checks on the customer securities transaction data and analyze at least one first customer securities transaction data of the customer securities transaction data without passing the data quality checks.
