The disclosed apparatus generates lifting thrust for individual to stand up has a base, a slidable seat assembly arranged above the base, the slidable seat assembly and the base are connected by a lifting structure, the slidable seat assembly, the base, and the lifting structure form a quadrilateral structure; a power unit is also arranged between the slidable seat assembly and the base, and the power unit can store and release energy to realize the closed and raise of the slidable seat assembly; the slidable seat assembly includes a sliding seat and a fixed seat that are slid and fitted with each other, and the sliding seat is placed above the fixed seat to carry the seating weight.
