The storage medium stores a candidate regulation term and an undertaker. The transceiver is communicatively connected to an undertaker electronic device, wherein the undertaker electronic device corresponds to the undertaker. The processor is coupled to the storage medium and the transceiver, wherein the processor is configured to: receive an announcement message via the transceiver, wherein the announcement message includes a regulation term; and when the regulation term matches the candidate regulation term, transmit an undertaking notification message including an undertaking period to the undertaker electronic device via the transceiver.
