A system for authenticating an electronic device is provided. The system includes a client electronic device and a first server. The client electronic device is communicatively connected to an external server, wherein the client electronic device is associated with a user identification, and the client electronic device corresponds to an electronic device identification. The first server is communicatively connected to the client electronic device and is communicatively connected to the external server, wherein the first server receives a service request including the user identification from the client electronic device; the first server transmits an authentication data query request to the external server; in response to the first server receiving the electronic device identification corresponding to the user identification from the external server, the first server determines that the service request corresponds to an authentication success result.
