A motor assembly structure including a motor and an external junction device. The motor is connected to the output shaft of the external device, and includes a motor housing, a stator assembly, a rotor assembly and a bearing. The motor housing includes a first side, a second side and a flange. The space between the two sides is defined as an accommodation space. The connecting part of the external device and the flange are butted to form a concentric connection. The stator assembly is accommodated in the accommodation space. The rotor assembly is arranged in the accommodation space to be surrounded by the stator assembly and includes a rotating shaft. The rotating shaft includes a first end and a second end. The first end and the second end respectively correspond to the first side and the second side. An output shaft accommodating part is arranged inwardly at the edge of the second end. The output shaft passes through the second side in the axial direction and is connected to the output shaft accommodating p
