A telescopic rack-mount bracket for 2-post rack is provided. The telescopic rack-mount bracket comprises a first U-shaped bracket and a second U-shaped bracket. The first U-shaped bracket comprises a first side, a second side, and a third side which are sequentially connected. The first side comprises at least one first fixing hole. The second side comprises a first extension portion, the extension direction of the first extension portion is opposite to the extension direction of the first side, and the first extension portion is substantially perpendicular to the second side to form a supporting plane. The third side comprises a guide hole, and the portion where the third side and the second side are connected comprises an opening. The second U-shaped bracket comprises a fourth side, a fifth side, and a sixth side which are sequentially connected. The fifth side comprises at least one second fixing hole. The fourth side and the sixth side are configured to pass through the guide hole and the opening, respect
