The transparent substrate includes a center region and a peripheral region surrounding the center region. The solar cell unit includes a front electrode layer, a photovoltaic conversion layer and a back electrode layer. The front electrode layer is disposed on the transparent substrate. The photovoltaic conversion layer is disposed on the front electrode layer. The back electrode layer is disposed on the photovoltaic conversion layer. The insulating layer covers the back electrode layer and includes a contact window exposing a portion of the front electrode layer. The conductive layer is disposed on the insulating layer and is electrically connected to the front electrode layer by using the contact window.
