A dissolved oxygen sensing device with self-cleaning and self-detecting function includes a body and a cleaning module. The body has a first portion and a second portion and includes an optical thin film, a sensing module and a processing module. The optical thin film is disposed on the first portion of the body and located at an end of the first portion opposite to the second portion. The sensing module is disposed inside the body, generate a first light and a second light and senses a light intensity generated by the optical thin film in response to the first light and the second light, so as to generate a sensing signal. The processing module is disposed inside the body and connected to the sensing module, and receives the sensing signal to determine a dissolved oxygen sensing state. The cleaning module is detachably mounted on the body and has a bottom and a side wall. The bottom and the side wall forms a containment space for accommodating the first portion of the body.
