Summary:An emotional sensing device is provided. The emotional sensing device has a data storage module, a data analysis module, and a sensing fixture. A heart rate data collection data of a tester is obtained by using a sensor of the sensing fixture, and the heart rate data collection data and an emotional comparison data are compared through a processor of the data analysis module. Thus, the tester can be immediately determined whether the emotion is unstable.
