Summary:A charged particle accelerating device of synchrotron accelerating system is disclosed. The accelerating device includes: a tubular body, a first vacuum tube disposed inside the tubular body, a second vacuum tube disposes inside the tubular body, a plurality of magnetic rings being orderly disposed in the tubular body to encompass the first and second vacuum tube with the same distant interval, and an AC power supply. Under interaction of the electric field generated by the AC power supply and the magnetic field generated by the magnetic rings, a charged particle passing through the first vacuum tube and the second vacuum tube can be instantly accelerated.
