Summary:A touch screen comprises a cover, a first shielding layer, and a second shielding layer. The lower surface of the cover has a visual region and at least one non-visual region disposed at one side of the visual region. The first shielding layer is disposed in the non-visual region, and has an operating region and a non-operating region. At least one hollow first pattern is form in the operating region. The first pattern has at least one arc segment. The second shielding layer has a pattern region which is disposed in the operating region. The pattern region has a second pattern. The second pattern has a plurality of second linear segments and at least one geometric angle which is a non-straight angle and which is defined by the linear segments that intersect each other. The surrounding area of the geometric angle is covered by the surrounding area of the arc segment, so that undesired folding of the first pattern may be avoided during a hard bake step of the lithography process.
