Summary:A dispenser includes a frame, at least a first dispensing head, at least a first swing arm, a rotary device and a first moving device of vertical-axis. The first swing arm connects with the first dispensing head, such that the first dispensing head has the freedom to move along the vertical axis and the freedom to rotate about the vertical axis relative to the frame. The rotary device connects to the frame and the first swing arm, driving the first dispensing head to rotate about the vertical axis. The first moving device of vertical-axis connects with the frame and the first swing arm, driving the first dispensing head to move along the vertical axis. During the process the first dispensing head moves along the vertical axis, the positions of at least parts of the rotary device and the first moving device of vertical-axis fix relatively with the frame.
