A disc-type light-gathering/scattering device is provided. The device includes a light source-tracking unit, a disc-type light-gathering body and a light-guiding unit. The light source-tracking unit includes a motion module and a control module electrically connected to and for controlling the motion module. The disc-type light-gathering body has a concave surface and is mounted to the motion module in a manner that the concave surface faces the light source. The concave surface has a focus toward which the light is reflected by the concave surface. The light-guiding unit includes an optical fiber and a light-scattering module. Two ends of the optical fiber are defined respectively as an incident end and an emitting end. The incident end is disposed generally about the focus, and the light-scattering module is connected with the emitting end.
