The transparent substrate has a touch area, a first edge area and a second area opposite to the first edge. The transparent layer is formed on the touch area. The first conductive trace and the second conductive trace located at the first edge area and the second edge area respectively. The first conductive trace and the second conductive trace are formed on the transparent photoresist layer, so as to electrically connect the transparent photoresist layer.
