A portable power supply/self-defence spray is provided. The portable power supply/self-defence spray includes a power main body and a self-defence spray unit. The power main body is provided with an auxiliary battery therein and formed with a receiving recess arranged with a charging adaptor, and the auxiliary battery is adapted for connection to an outside power source. The charging adaptor is electrically connected to the auxiliary battery, the receiving recess is for receiving a mobile phone, and the mobile phone is able to be charged via being electrically connected to the charging adaptor. The self-defence spray unit is mounted to the power main body, includes a gas tank having a nozzle, and an operation member movable and operable relative to the power main body for urging the nozzle. The operation member has a passageway communicable with the nozzle. As the operation member is moved to urge the nozzle, the gas in the gas tank is ejected outside via the nozzle and the passageway.
