A signal transmitting attached device is provided. The signal transmitting attached device includes a microprocessor control unit, and an audio connector, an audio signal adjustment and amplification unit, a second audio signal decoder, a wireless signal encoder, a wireless signal transmitter and a power supply unit which are coupled to the microprocessor control unit. The audio connector receives a plurality of audio signals. The audio signal adjustment and amplification unit adjusts and amplifies the audio signals. The second audio signal decoder decodes the audio signals to obtain digital control signals corresponding to the audio signals. The wireless signal encoder encodes the obtained digital control signals to generate wireless control signals corresponding to the digital control signals and the wireless signal transmitter sends the wireless control signals. Accordingly, a portable electrical device coupled with the signal transmitting attached device can operate a remote-controlled toy.
