Summary:A bracket suitable for fixing an electronic module to a circuit board is provided, wherein the circuit board has a plurality of first locating holes. The bracket includes a plurality of linking parts, a plurality of locating pillars and a plurality of fixing pillars. The linking parts are fixed to each other, wherein the circuit board and the electronic module lean against the linking parts from a first side and a second side of the bracket separately. The first side is opposite to the second side. The locating pillars fixed to the linking parts respectively are protruded in the first side. The first locating holes are just fit the locating pillars such that the locating pillars are fixed with the first locating holes. The fixing pillars are respectively jointed to the linking parts, and respectively protruded to the second side. The fixing pillars are used to fix the electronic module.
