The first conductive film is disposed on a first surface of the first transparent substrate. The first electrode lines are connected to the first conductive film and located in the conductive film area. The second conductive film is disposed on a second surface of the second transparent substrate. The second electrode lines are connected to the second conductive film and located in the conductive film area. The circuit lines are connected to the first electrode lines and the second electrode lines, and located in the non-conductive film area.
