The lid member (B) includes a layered structure (b-1) provided with at least two perforations, and a layered structure (b-2) that is arranged on an outer surface of the layered structure (b-1) and blocks the perforations. At least one of the layered structure (b-1) and the layered structure (b-2) includes an oxygen barrier layer (b).
