This invention is a machine tool spindle with a cutting fluid pipeline. The machine tool spindle includes a spindle sleeve and a front cover. The spindle sleeve includes a cutting fluid pipeline. The cutting fluid pipeline includes a water inlet channel and two connecting channels. The water inlet channel extends linearly from an outer surface of the spindle sleeve towards the inside of the spindle sleeve. Each of the connecting channels extends linearly from the water inlet channel to an outer surface of the spindle sleeve and is inclined relative to a central axis of the spindle sleeve. The front cover includes a water outlet channel connected to the connecting channels. Through oblique drilling approaches, the two connecting channels and the water inlet chancel can replace an arrangement of a cutting fluid ring with the proviso of transporting the cutting fluid to multiple cutting fluid nozzles without increasing risks of cutting fluid leakages.
