Summary:Provided are a pouch and a pouch manufacturing method that achieve narrowing of an installation space with a simple configuration. A pouch (10) having a gusset part (22) is provided with a pouch body (20) and an inside support member (70) that is arranged inside the pouch body (20). The pouch body (20) has a content accommodation part (21) and a first fixed part (24) and a second fixed part (25) that face each other with the content accommodation part (21) held therebetween. The inside support member (70) has a first fixing part (71) fixed to the first fixed part (24) and a second fixing part (72) fixed to the second fixed part (25).
