Summary: | A tomography method and a non-transitory computer-readable medium suitable for a testing device are provided. The tomography methodology comprises: performing functional testing on a memory circuit according to a test pattern sequence, so as to generate a global 2D shmoo with a plurality of scanning points, wherein each scanning point is a success point or a failure point. When at least one of the plurality of scanning points in the global 2D shmoo is a failure point, the tomography methodology further comprises: determining a plurality of test sections of the test pattern sequence, wherein each test section includes at least one testing command; performing functional tests on the memory circuit according to the plurality of test sections to generate a plurality of regional 2D shmoo corresponding to the plurality of test sections; and determining that each test section is normal or corresponds to one of a plurality of functional issues according to the plurality of regional 2D shmoo. |
