Summary:A solar cell module includes a substrate and a solar cell unit. The solar cell unit includes plural thin film solar cells arranged along an extension direction and electrically connected in series. Each thin film solar cell is laid on the substrate, and has a width measured along the extension direction, the width of one of the thin film solar cells is different from the width of at least one of the other thin film solar cells. The design of solar cells with different widths is used to regulate the short-circuit current of the modules, and effectively improve the electrooptic conversion efficiency of solar cell unit.
