Summary:The invention relates to a container positioning and screening structure for a perfusion system, comprising a base disk, a linkage set, several limit blocks, and several clamping claws; wherein the base disk is used for supporting the linkage set, the position limiting blocks, and the clamping claw. Several long holes are equally disposed on the base disk along the circumference. Two sides of each long hole are respectively provided with a limiting long hole. A positioning portion is disposed at the center of the base disk. The linkage set comprises a rotary tray. The rotary tray is pivoted to the positioning portion of the chassis, and the rotary tray is pivoted with several linkages. The limit blocks are respectively pivoted and combined with the ends of the linkages of the linkage set.
