Summary:A vacant parking space detection system operates in a training mode, where a processing unit stores training data sets each consisting of a first detection result sequence that is related to vehicle motion in a respective parking space of a parking lot and that is obtained by using a pre-trained vehicle motion detection model to analyze a series of image frames of the parking lot, and a feature sequence related to state feature of the respective parking space, and for each training data set, analyzes the feature sequence by using a parking space state detection model to be trained to obtain a second detection result sequence related to parking space state, and updates parameters of the parking space state detection model based on high-level features and confidence value estimation results which are obtained during analysis of the feature sequence and on the first and second detection result sequences, and operates in a detecting mode, where the processing unit analyzes a current image frame of the parking lot
