Summary:Provided is a dicing tape having good flexibility and excellent expandability. The dicing tape of the present invention comprises a base layer and an adhesive layer disposed on at least one side of the base layer, wherein an adhesive forming the adhesive layer comprises a (meth) acrylic polymer and a plasticizer, and the base layer comprises a polyvinyl chloride resin and a plasticizer having the same structure as the plasticizer contained in the adhesive. In one embodiment, the plasticizer contained in the adhesive is terephthalic acid bis (2-ethylhexyl), phthalate diisononyl and/or adipic acid polyester plasticizer.
