Summary:The present invention relates to an exercise method using virtual reality assistive technology. According to the present invention, a virtual reality device is provided to display various game scenes and game contents, and to monitor an exerciser in real time to determin whether the exerciser is overdoing. When it is detected that the exerciser is nearly overdoing, the virtual reality device progressively switches the game scenes and the game contents. Thereby, the exercise method according to the present invention is no longer a routine operation process, but allows the exerciser to have fun while training.
