Summary:An anti-peep screen includes: an aligning-lighting device, a haze-adjusting device and a LCD panel. An anti-peep method for the anti-peep screen includes following steps: (A) providing an anti-peep screen; and (B) inputting a controlling signal to the anti-peep screen according to an adjusted haze value as required. The present invention changes a scattering angle of a light passing the haze-adjusting device to adjust the adjusted haze value of the haze-adjusting device, and the adjusted haze value is corresponding to a screen-sharing angle value. A person viewing the LCD panel from a viewing angle greater than the screen-sharing angle value cannot see any content on the screen.
