The opening section 12 is provided such that an irradiation target to be irradiated with ultraviolet rays is arranged therein. The ultraviolet ray generation unit is arranged so as to irradiate ultraviolet rays toward the opening section 12. The wind generation unit 18 is configured to generate a wind hitting the irradiation target.
