The front platform is used for connecting a front wheel of the electric bicycle. The rear platform is used for connecting a rear wheel of the electric bicycle. The control panel is signally connected to the mobile apparatus. Moreover, the control panel receives a control signal of the mobile apparatus to control the front platform and the rear platform to simulate various changes in road conditions.
