Summary:The present invention discloses a light-adjusting device which comprises a first substrate, a second substrate and a light-adjusting layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The light-adjusting layer comprises a light-adjusting solution therein, and the light-adjusting solution comprises a solvent and an additive. When a temperature of the light-adjusting device of the present invention is higher than an ambient temperature, the light-adjusting solution is transformed to a scattering state from a transparent state to achieve a light-adjusting effect.
