The present disclosure provides a light emitting array substrate including: a substrate; an insulating layer, a plurality of positioning holes arranged on the insulating layer; a plurality of light emitting diodes, each of the light emitting diodes including a navigation column, the navigation column being part of the light emitting diode away from the substrate. The insulating layer includes a first surface and a second surface arranged opposite to each other, and the first surface is arranged on a side of the insulating layer near the substrate. Each of the plurality of positioning holes forms a first opening on the first surface and a second opening on the second surface. The area of the first opening is less than the area of the second opening, and the projection of the second section completely covers the projection of the first section. The present disclosure also provides a manufacture method of the light emitting array substrate and a display panel.
