The present invention relates to an inner-wound fish hook wire binding machine. Primarily, it comprises a fish hook supply mechanism, a clamping mechanism, a wire feeding mechanism and a winding mechanism. The fish hook supply mechanism is used for guiding and positioning a fish hook, and the fish hook is clamped by the clamping mechanism to be positioned in the winding mechanism and a head of the fish hook is exposed. Then a fishing line within the wire feeding mechanism is clamped by the clamping mechanism to the winding mechanism. In the winding mechanism, the fishing line is wound to form a circle, and the fishing line is clamped and fixed at one end, and the winding mechanism rotates with the circular fishing line, and the fishing line is wound downward from a top end of the head of the fish hook to an appropriate length and then stopped.
