Summary:An operating method of a pattern verification system includes: performing commands to a to-be tested device to generate a two-dimensional pattern with a first area and a second area; and sequentially removing the commands and performing tests to the to-be tested device simultaneously, in which when at least one of the commands is removed such that the second area of the two-dimensional pattern is transformed as the first area of the two-dimensional pattern, the at least one of the commands is recovered, and the at least one of the commands is set as at least one key command.
