Summary:The present invention provides a control device properly controlling a human-powered vehicle with assistant force according to the driving condition of the human-powered vehicle. The control device for the human-powered vehicle includes a control unit that controls a motor that assists propulsion of the human-powered vehicle. When the inclination angle of the man-powered vehicle is greater than orequal to a first predetermined angle and a transmission provided in the man-powered vehicle is required to be operated, the control unit controls the motor in a first control state in which the assist force of the motor is less than or equal to a first predetermined value.
