Summary:A memory device is provided. The memory device includes a setting memory array and a controller. The setting memory array includes a plurality of flash memory strings coupled to each other in parallel. The flash memory strings respectively include a plurality of dummy memory cells and a one-bit trimmed memory cell. Trimmed memory cells store operating data for the memory device. In the same flash memory string, the trimmed memory cell is coupled in series between two of the dummy memory cells. The controller performs an approximate zero-voltage value reading operation on the trimmed memory cells to read operating data.
