Both sides of the first transverse plates are detachably embedded in the side plates and are spaced up and down to define an accommodating space, each of the first transverse plates is formed with two longitudinal through axle holes, and the axle holes of one of the first transverse plates align with the axle holes of the other first transverse plate up and down.
