An optical front-end integrated device includes an adapter, a slit element and at least one optical lens. The adapter includes a slit mounting portion, at least one lens mounting portion, and an optical instrument mounting portion. The lens mounting portion is integrally molded and extended from the slit attachment portion. The optical instrument mounting portion is located between the slit mounting portion and the lens mounting portion. The slit element is provided in the slit mounting portion. The optical lens is detachably disposed on the lens mounting portion. The centerline of slit element overlaps with the optical axis of the optical lens to achieve axial alignment.
