Summary:The present invention relates to an automatic circuit board target alignment device of X-ray targeting machine and material feeding device thereof, which is a method employing a control unit for driving a horizontal joint robot to send a circuit board into a X-ray targeting machine, so the A and B targets of the circuit board may enter the X-ray imaging range and the control unit may calculate and drive the A and B targets of the circuit board displacing to the center location point of X-ray CCD image cross target to finish the automatic target alignment. Because the present invention only employs one horizontal joint robot to be cooperated with the X-ray image module in the X-ray targeting machine to finish the alignment of material feeding with the targets, the present invention may achieve low cost and highly-efficient intelligent production benefits.
