An electrolytic oxygen supply device for inputting a liquid includes a base body and an oxygen supply assembly pivotally connected to the base body. The oxygen supply assembly includes a container, two electrodes, and a power supply unit. The container includes an electrolytic room, two end portions, and a weight element, wherein one of the two end portions is provided with a water injection portion, and the other one is provided with a gas collection portion. Both of the water injection portion and the gas collection portion communicate with the electrolytic room, and the weight element is disposed on a bottom of the electrolytic room. The two electrodes are disposed in the electrolytic room. The power supply unit is connected to the electrodes. When the base body tilts, the container pivots relative to the base body and the weight element pivots to a lower position to keep the gas collection portion at a position higher than the water injection portion.
