A method of planning sequence of processing missions is provided. The method is to control a dispatching cloud apparatus to establish a connection with each of a plurality of dispatching mobile apparatuses respectively corresponding to a plurality of accounts, select one of the accounts when an unassigned mission is generated, determine a processing sequence according to a destination of the unassigned mission, a plurality of destinations of a plurality of undone missions of the selected account and a current position of the selected account, assign the unassigned mission to the selected account as the new undone mission, and transfer the new undone mission and the processing sequence to the dispatching mobile apparatus of the selected account.
