Summary:A superheated steam processing device and the method of using the same, and the superheated steam processing device includes a superheated steam generator and a superheated steam container. The superheated steam generator has a channel made of conductive material, the channel is being electrically connected and the steam flowing in the channel is heated by heating the channel, and thereby generating superheated steam; a part of or the whole channel is disposed in the superheated steam container, for guiding the superheated steam generated by the channel. The channel is made of conductive material which is oxidized when it's at temperatures higher than 100 DEG C. The temperature of the channel can be changed by the superheated steam generator.
