A vehicle shock absorber comprises a first shock-proof unit and a second shock-proof unit. The first shock-proof unit is configured to reduce damping generation and rapidly supplement oil when performing compression motion through a first check valve and generate enough tension damping when performing tension motion. The second shock-proof unit is configured to generate enough compression side damping when performing compression motion, reduce the generation of the damping and rapidly supplement oil when performing tension motion through a second check valve, and the second shock-proof unit supplies enough compression side damping so that it is not easy to generate bottom contact with no need for arrangement of a block so as to save the cost and avoid generation of cupping sound. The second shock-proof unit can perform rapidly oil supplementation when performing tension motion with no need for extra arrangement of a control valve so as to further reduce the cost.
