The handle assembling device (100) for assembling a handle (15) to a pull head body (13) of a zipper comprises a handle conveying path (17), a handle holding part (60) and a flange caulking part(21); the handle holding part (60) holds the handle, and inserts a handle shaft part (57) of the handle into a handle installing column (39) of the pull head body positioned in an assembling position(23); and the flange caulking part assembles the handle with the pull head body. The handle holding part includes a pair of holding pieces (63) which hold the two sides of the handle, and a guiding member (69) is arranged between the holding pieces and separated from each holding piece, and presses the handle shaft part of the held handle.
