Summary:The present invention is related to a hinge assembly having a speaker mounted on a pivot of a flip cover electronic device. The hinge assembly further comprises a hinge device and a reflective board. The hinge device comprises a hinge unit, a hinge guider, a reflective guider, and a linked part. The linked part connects the hinge guider and the reflective guider. When a cover is rotated relative to a base of the electronic device, the hinge unit rotates the hinge guider, and the hinge guider selectively rotates the reflective guider and the reflective board via the linked part. As a result, when the cover is rotated relative to the base, the reflective board is rotated along a specific manner relative to the rotation of the cover, thereby keeping reflecting the sound of the speaker toward the user. Therefore, the sound of the speaker can always face the user.
