Summary:A fingerprint sensing and recognition device (20) having an antistatic structure. The device employs an integrally formed substrate (22); the surface of the substrate (22) is provided with at least one groove (24) used for mounting a sensing chip (32); an electrostatic discharge protection line (30) is formed on the surface of the substrate (22) around the groove (24); the electrostatic discharge protection line (30) is connected to a conductive pillar (26) running through the substrate (22), so as to be electrically connected to a conductive connection pad (48) at the bottom of the substrate (22), so that an antistatic protection effect is achieved, and the accuracy of fingerprint sensing and recognition is improved. In addition, the electrostatic discharge protection line (30) and the substrate (22) are combined together by means of integral forming, so that a packaging structure can be thinned, and the packaging process can be simplified.
